Neither secondhand electric scooters nor refurbished electric scooters are eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We offer a free two-week warranty starting from the original delivery date.
For refurbished electric scooters:
Refurbished scooters may show signs of wear, such as scratches or torn decals.
